E-Safety

Using technology safely and responsibly is a key part of the Primary National Curriculum, but it is also a vital life skill. Being aware of the uses and potential risks of technology (including games, apps and the internet in general) ensures that children can explore technology safely and use it correctly to enrich their learning.

The following are useful links that provide advice and information about children's use of technology.

https://www.net-aware.org.uk/- This is a fantastic website that is run by the NSPCC and supported by Mumsnet. It provides a breakdown of different social networking sites and their pros and cons in terms of safety and other categories.
