Easter Holidays

3rd April 2020

Hello everyone!
I hope you are all well and safe.
Some parents have been in touch asking for more work for their children to do (don't worry if you haven't gotten through the work we've already sent out - I know that times are very different and you all have lots that you are doing) and we are happy to provide this to see you over what would have been the Easter Holidays.  We have new task packs for each key stage:  Early Years (Nursery and Reception), Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2) and Key Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4) which you will be able to collect during the times listed below.  To comply with social distancing, these will be left in boxes outside the front door where you can help yourselves.
They will be available on:
Tuesday: 10am-2:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 2:30pm
We will continue to add ideas to the school Facebook page - please share what you have been doing there if you wish as we love to see what the children have been up to.
We are currently looking at how we will set work after the 'Easter Holidays' and will send you more information on how this will work.  Please be assured that we are going to make this as manageable as possible and will be including some tasks that can be done with all your children regardless of the year group they are in.  More information to follow!
You may already have received a phone call from one of us (don't worry if not - it's coming). These are a great chance for us to check in with how you are for you to ask any questions.  We will continue to do these every 2 weeks.  You can also email me at sarah.jones@norham.northumberland.sch.uk if you need anything at all.
Finally, I hope you have a peaceful Easter and eat lots of chocolate eggs!  We miss you all and look forward to being able to see you all again soon.
Task care and stay safe.
