Week Beginning 8th October

This week we have been very busy.

On Wednesday afternoon we were visited by firefighters, police officers, a builder, a hairdresser, a man who works on a helicopter, a lady who makes stickers, an archaeologist and a man who works on lifeboats.  We enjoyed brushing hair, talking about building houses and spraying water out of the fire engine's hose.  We have been thinking about what we would like to do when we grow up. Lochlin, Harry, Gracie, Noah, Freya and Will want to be builders when they grow out.  Indi would like to be firefighters and put out fires.  Peyton would like to be a hairdresser and style hair!

Year 1 and 2 have been learning how to count in 10's, 5's and 2's.  They were using Tag Tiv 8 to make number sequences and then solved lots of problems.

This morning, Lochlin, Will and Noah made a lighthouse.  They used paper, scissors, pens, glue and thin pencils.  It looks fabulous on our door.
