This week in Maths we measured different objects using a standard measure of centimetres.
We carefully looked at the ruler and worked out where we needed to line the object up, as some start at the end and some don't.
Then we checked where the item finished against the ruler and read the number or counted up the numbers to find the length.
We used amazing language skills to say super sentences like 'The tin is 4 centimetres'.
As well as the older puffins recording their work.
They love finding good spots to sit or lie down and record their work.
In Science this week we investigated the suitability of different materials.
We investigated what materials would be waterproof and keep teddy nice and dry.
We made our predictions, tested and then recorded the results.
