Summer Holiday Ideas

There are a wide range of resources available to keep your children busy during the summer holidays which will support their learning and development ready for the new term.  These activities are not compulsory and are just here to provide ideas.

You should have a list of common exception word spellings for your child from the start of the closures - I have included these as links below.  You could practice these as good preparation for the new term.  You can also practice your spellings using the Spelling Shed App (Stage means year group.)

Number Fact Practise: NumBots App

Times Table Practise: Times Table Rock Stars App or Web Page

White Rose Home Work Books (Practise the year they are currently in and previous years if needed)

School 360 - Busy Things
Busy Things is our new home learning platform that we will be getting to know a little better in September.  The children have been introduced to this in school and can access a wide range of learning activities here.  Why not spend some time getting to know it a little better?  Find it by logging into School 360, tapping on Resources and then Busy Things.
