School Meals

School lunch is an important part of the school day, allowing children to learn the inter-personal skills required for a successful future, therefore the school has placed great emphasis and resources on providing  the correct environment and support so all children succeed.

Top Table – Initiative

The top table initiative is designed to reward outstanding behaviour and children who demonstrate our core Christian Values at lunchtime. Each half term the winning table is rewarded with waiter service and a choice of menu from a range of selected delicacies such as handmade pizzas, etc.

Universal Free School Meals

All children in reception, year 1 and year 2 are entitled to receive Universal Free School Meals through a government funded scheme where all infant age pupils are entitled to a hot school meal free of charge regardless of individual financial circumstances.

Paying for school meals

For all those who do not qualify for Free School Meals, we ask that dinner money is paid in advance.  If more than five days dinner money is outstanding we may ask that you provide packed lunches for your child until the outstanding amount is paid.

School dinners will cost £3.50 per day (£17.50 per week). Parents can pay at the school office or using our on-line payment system School Money.

Please note the school retains the right to change the menu on special occasions or due to unforeseen circumstances.
